OK...I'm PissedIt seems this day that many people have forgotten how to drive,,,,Jeez! I had one soccer mom drift all the way into my lane,nearly colliding with me. That 10 feet of lane she had wasnt enough I guess. When I got ahead of her,she swerved back into her own lane. Guess what she was doing????? Talking on her fucking cell phone!!!!. Here this woman is,driving a massive SUV (Suburban) drifting lanes and talking on a cell phone..Lady...put down the phone,pay attention and get a smaller vehicle that you can drive. Holy Fuck...If you cant keep a vehicle in your own lane....you need a smaller vehicle. Now the second accident I avoided was a young kid,again,talking on a cell phone,weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed..... I saw him coming,,,fast and I saw him hit his brakes and the rear end of the car lift up. He missed rear ending me by a couple of feet. Do we see a pattern here????? Mobile phones and cars and a stupid combination the amount of people killed on the roads in the U.K because of some idiot in a BMW breaking a deal while going 90 mph.

I guess it's harder to enforce in a nation where state to state you can enforce different law,but I hope it does happen over there it has helped here.
